A: Once you’ve completed your purchase, you can download it directly from the “Thank You Page” or from your “Members Accounts”.

Q: What should I do if I can’t open the pattern file?

A: Make sure you have a PDF reader installed on your computer. We recommend the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. If the problem persists, try downloading the pattern again or contact us for assistance.

Q: How do I purchase a sewing pattern?

A: To purchase a pattern, simply add it to your cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the payment instructions. You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details and a link to download the pattern.

Q: Can I access my purchased patterns?

A: After purchasing a pattern, package or sewing course, you can access it through your account on our website & you will also get an email. Patterns are available for download at any time. For the package and the sewing course we have to give you access which takes up to 24 hours.

Q: What format are the digital sewing patterns in & how to print them?

A: Our digital sewing patterns are in PDF format, which can be opened with most PDF readers like Adobe Acrobat. Also we offer all our sewing patterns in A0, A4 & US-Letter Print Size. When printing at home, set your printer to “actual size” or “100% scale” to ensure accurate sizing. Follow the printing instructions included with your pattern for best results.

Q: Can I share my downloaded patterns with others?

A: No, our patterns are for personal use only. Sharing or redistributing them without permission is prohibited. If someone you know would like a pattern, please direct them to our website to purchase their own copy.

Q: How do I know what size is the right one?

A: Each pattern that you purchase comes in all available sizes. Our patterns come with a detailed size chart that you can find in the product pictures. Measure yourself and compare your measurements to the chart to determine the best size for you. If you’re in between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Currently, we offer only digital sewing patterns. However, you can easily print these patterns at home or at a local print shop.
