• Single Patterns: All single patterns come with a 180-day money-back guarantee. However, if you purchase more than 10 patterns, we will refund a maximum of 10 patterns.
• Bundles: We do not offer a money-back guarantee for any bundles, such as the Whole Shop Bundle, Beginner Bundle, Bag Bundle, Costume Bundle, or any other bundle. All bundle sales are final.

2. Money-Back Guarantee for Sewing Course

If you purchase our sewing course and complete all 9 practice projects included in the course but feel you haven’t achieved your sewing goals, we will offer a full refund. To request a refund under this guarantee:

• Complete All Practice Projects: Ensure you have completed all 9 practice projects from the course.
• Provide Proof: Send us clear pictures of each completed project. Each picture must include a piece of paper with your order number written on it.

4. Return Shipping

As we only sell digital products, there are no shipping costs or returns for physical items.

Refunds for eligible purchases (single patterns and the sewing course) will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times can vary, but we aim to complete refunds promptly. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

6. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

• Single Patterns: All single patterns are covered by the 180-day money-back guarantee. If you purchase more than 10 patterns, we will refund a maximum of 10 patterns.
• Bundles: All sales of bundles (e.g., Whole Shop Bundle, Beginner Bundle, Bag Bundle, Costume Bundle) are final, and no refunds will be issued for these purchases.
• Sewing Course: Refunds are only available for the sewing course, and only under the conditions outlined in the 60-day money-back guarantee.
